GROUP RIDES-
Join us at the store every Sunday morning at 9:00 for our group rides. We divide rides into groups depending on ability and distance with something for everyone.
An A group typically averages 20+ mph, a B group 17-19 mph, and a C group 14-16 mph. Helmets are required on all of our group rides.
TIME TRIAL SERIES-
Our Time Trial Series takes place every Wednesday night at the Rochester ball fields at the intersection of Mary's Pond Road and Route 105. It is a 14.08 mile loop.
